I would suggest looking at the 540i as well. I had an F10 550i, and it had 1 significant flaw - transmission programming. The 550i has a higher final drive than the 540i, since it is more powerful and to get good fuel economy. But that means the transmission in Comfort is in too high a gear.
4 posts · Joined 2011. #1 · Mar 10, 2011. I have a serious problem with excessive wear on the rear run flat tyres 20inch diameter. After 10500 miles the inside edge of both rear tyre has completely worn down to the steel braiding. I was told by the dealer that it was in their opinion a case of running under pressure.
