As stated in the other posts, originally Fiat only had 2 litres but now 2.7 litres is recommended to ensure adequate lubrication for the external 5th gear. I have checked mine through the speedo hole & it must have the 2.7 already in it, as it is less than 1/2" below the top face of the transmission which means the transducer is actually
