It's by no means the well oiled machine literally all the other platforms are, but it's 99% identical. Back in the days of PSP, all I wanted was mobile Vice City and San Andreas. Rockstar did it, take it or leave it, and I'm damn happy to take it. The entire series is mighty fine on mobile imo. Hopefully they push a few more big updates though.
